GDPR & CCPA Rights

Last updated: August 2026

Overview

This page summarizes the data protection rights available to visitors covered by the European Union and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). It supplements, and should be read alongside, our full Privacy Policy, which describes in more detail what data we collect and why.

Your Rights Under GDPR (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, data protection law gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict or object to certain processing, including processing carried out for ad personalization on the basis of legitimate interest, and receive a portable copy of data you provided directly to us. Where we rely on your consent, such as for non-essential cookies, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that already took place.

Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and why, request deletion of personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate personal information, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, a category that under California law can include advertising cookies used by ad partners such as Google. We do not sell personal information for money, and you can exercise your opt-out right at any time through our consent tool, your browser's Global Privacy Control signal where supported, or directly through Google's Ads Settings.

How We Process Data in Practice

The calculators themselves run in your browser: values you type into a calculator are used to compute a result locally and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. The personal data covered by these rights relates instead to site analytics (via Google Analytics) and advertising (via Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, and, where enabled, Ezoic), both of which may use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

How to Submit a Request

To exercise any right described on this page, email us at thecalculatorshub90@gmail.com with your request and enough detail for us to verify and locate the relevant data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Response Timeframe

We aim to acknowledge and respond to verified requests within 30 days for GDPR requests and 45 days for CCPA/CPRA requests, consistent with the timeframes set out in each respective law. If a request requires more time due to its complexity, we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
