Our Commitment to Copyright

TheCalculatorsHub (thecalculatorshub.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our contributors to do the same. All calculator explanations, guides, and case studies published on this site are written in-house or properly licensed. If you believe material on our site infringes a copyright you own or control, we will investigate and respond in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a notice of alleged infringement, send a written communication to our designated agent, listed below, that includes all of the following, as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it, such as the exact page URL
  • Your contact information, including an address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Where to Send Notices

Send DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent at thecalculatorshub90@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request." Incomplete notices that omit any of the elements above may delay processing.

Counter-Notification

If material you posted or that you believe was wrongly removed, is taken down in response to a notice, you may submit a counter-notification containing your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, and phone number. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within the timeframe required by law unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Where applicable to user-submitted content, we reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for any contributor or user found to be a repeat infringer under this policy.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a takedown notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages. Only submit a notice if you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
